After the January events in the country, the authorities seem to have begun to persistently look for "terrorists" among civilians. This is evidenced by the numerous detentions of ordinary citizens, their beatings in police stations. Things got to the point that they began to look for them among the dead, reports KZ Media.

In recent weeks, courts in various parts of the country have been ordering the exhumation of the bodies of some of those killed in the January events.

What is the wave of exhumations connected with? Are the dead suspects in criminal cases? The Almaty police department could not answer these questions, saying that the Prosecutor General's Office was investigating the January events.

Heartbroken relatives are asked to simply leave their dead relatives alone.

There are more stories like this every day. Citizens, activists, bloggers react to the indignation of the relatives of the dead, who are against the exhumation of the bodies of their relatives, trying to call the authorities to reason.

On this occasion, a well-known blogger addressed the president Aizhan Khamit, who lives in the United States, but never ceases to follow events in her homeland.

Aizhan Khamit is the granddaughter of the famous Kazakh poet, Khamit Yergaliev. She is one of the well-known bloggers of KazNet (the Kazakh segment of the Internet). Therefore, often discussed, praised and criticized. Aizhan writes on historical topics and about historical figures.

Then, probably, you watched the film of the Georgian classic Tengiz Abuladze "Repentance". They must have looked. You remember how the body of a Soviet figure was dug up by a woman who turned out to be the daughter of an artist who was repressed by this very figure. She said in court: “I dug three times, I will dig three hundred more times.”

My friend Tina Tsereteli told me the background of this scene. According to ancient Georgian customs, the earth can only accept someone who was a man. But the one who was a bad person and brought grief, the earth cannot accept. Therefore, in the 80s, the bodies of three Bolsheviks Philip Makharadze, Mikha Tskhakaya, I don’t remember the third, someone was constantly digging out of the graves. The graves were located in the national pantheon on Mount Mtatsminda in the city of Tbilisi. I dug it up and threw it away, they buried the bodies, but the next day someone dug them up again. And all because two meters from these people lay the father of the Georgian nation, Ilya Chavchavadze, who was killed by Makharadze. He was treacherously shot dead. Ilya Chavchavadze for Georgians is like Akhmet Baitursynov for Kazakhs. That is, the people who dug up the bodies of these Bolsheviks believed that they could not be on a par with such worthy sons of the Georgian nation as Chavchavadze. This story formed the basis of Abuladze's film, this house, in which they filmed the scene of the morning appearance of the body, stands in Batumi, when I lived there, I led more than one tourist past this house. At the end of the film, the disappointed grandson of this figure, who idolized his grandfather and did not know that he was a bloodsucker, committed suicide, and the son of this figure threw his father's body off a cliff.

Why am I leading this. In recent days, your nukers go to the houses of Kazakh boys and men killed during the rally and bring papers, court decisions, according to which they have the right to dig up the bodies of those killed for exhumation. Examinations of the bodies were carried out before burial, they all died from gunshot wounds, as a result of the order that you gave. It was you who ordered to shoot "to kill without warning." Many of these boys did not even have time to know female affection, give birth to children and become a support for their parents. Now these parents are forced to guard the graves of their children from your faithful dogs, who, like jackals, come without warning, dig up the bodies and carry them away. People all wonder why they do it. And I will say, if you do not have the courage to say, somewhere you must find the bodies of 20 terrorists who "treacherously attacked Kazakhstan."

You have already lowered yourself in the eyes of the people so much that you even went for it. If you, Kassymzhomart Kemelevich, knew your native language and knew the mentality of your people, you would understand what an insult you inflicted on these people. In Islam, the adherents of which are a good half of the population of Kazakhstan, it is forbidden to dig up bodies. It is possible to do this only under emergency circumstances, such as flooding of the area, for example. The Prophet Muhammad said that desecration of the body of a dead enemy, which your people are now doing, is unacceptable, since this is “respect for human dignity, because although the opposing sides are at war and are trying to kill each other, people from the opposite side are nevertheless human.” beings who are honored by the Almighty, as the Qur'an says: "We gave honor to the sons of Adam..." (Quran 17:70)

The principle of respect for human dignity requires a respectful attitude towards the human body, not only during life, but also after death. For this reason, Islam forbids disfiguring the bodies of dead enemies and, on the contrary, orders them to be transferred to the opposite side or, if this is not possible, to be buried. I have only one question. What God do you worship, Kassymzhomart Kemelevich? What God are praying to all those who, according to your instructions, are now desecrating the graves of these people, who were not only killed and slandered, but also dug up from their last refuge? How can you consider yourself a part of this society if you do not understand the mentality, way of life and foundations of your people, who are simply horrified by what is happening?

You know, there was such a famous Kazakh poet Makhambet Otemisuly, who was treacherously killed for his strongly freedom-loving poems. I have researched this topic a lot, written many articles. Three people came to kill him, who, having beheaded him, took his head to Sultan Baimagambet. After the death of Makhambet, the elders of the family came to the Sultan and said: "You won, give your head, he should be buried like a human being." And Makhambet's head was returned to the body, so his head lay just above his body. It is not customary for Kazakhs to mock the dead, so who are you who do this? You are definitely not Kazakhs. You do not understand either the steppe codes of honor or Islamic laws, I am already silent about the principles of morality and humanity.

If you knew your people, you would understand that you have made an unforgivable mistake, Kassymzhomart Kemelevich. You called on the Russian bayonets to protect you from your own people, shot your own people, and also desecrated the graves of these people.

You will probably never read this, and if you read it, you will send your nukers to my elderly parents, but I must tell you.

Bequeath them to bury themselves after death somewhere in Muscovy, where you will be protected by Russian bayonets. Because the Kazakhs will never forgive you, and moreover, there is no guarantee that you yourself will not be dug out of the Kazakh land. That's right, advice for the future. After all, we are all mortal and each of us will bear his cross in the next world. Yours is unbearable."

Mass protests in January in a few days turned seemingly prosperous Kazakhstan into a hot spot on the planet. The primary reason was the increase in fuel prices. However, the protests, which began as peaceful, turned into clashes with the security forces.

The protesters demanded the resignation of the government and the departure from politics of the country's first president, Nursultan Nazarbayev. By January 4, protests turned into riots: looting of banks, shops, pogroms of offices, seizure of administrative buildings.

Shooting began on the streets of the country's largest city, Alma-Ata, and dead appeared both among the rioters and among law enforcement officers. 4353 people were injured, including 3393 law enforcement officers. 225 dead were taken to morgues, including 19 police and military.

President Tokayev turned to the member countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) for help. The CSTO peacekeeping contingent was introduced into the country, the basis of which was the military units of Russia. In addition to Russia, Belarus, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan presented their troops for the peacekeeping operation.

The main reason for the January riots, President of Kazakhstan Tokayev called the stratification in the incomes of citizens. This is what the terrorists took advantage of, he stressed. Tokayev called the situation in the country a "powder keg", a "lighted match" to which conspirators and radicals brought.

In the meantime, the “witch hunt” continues, according to Almaty residents, the city is gradually returning to normal life. Shops and transport are resuming operations, local services are clearing the streets of burnt-out cars, although signs of unrest are still everywhere.

The total damage from the riots, taking into account the cost of repairing damaged buildings and damage to property as a result of the January events in Kazakhstan, is estimated at $313,6 million.
