Southern California residents warn of frost
Forecasters warned residents of Southern California about a strong cooling, of course, they are not waiting for the polar vortex, but, by the standards of this region, the cooling is very strong.

Frost warnings are valid in the Southend-Oaks area and surrounding areas from midnight to 9 in the morning on February 7, writes Fox 11.
Temperatures in the region will drop to 30-35 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 1 - plus 1 Celsius).
In the western part of the San Fernando Valley, including Woodland Hills, before Westlake-Willge on Thursday morning, temperatures can reach 32 degrees Fahrenheit (0 Celsius).
Experts advise residents to keep their pets indoors, cover sensitive to cold plants and dress themselves according to the weather.
