Woman faces 10 years in prison for immigrant work visa fraud

“As alleged in the indictment, Avendula orchestrated a fraudulent scheme for personal gain by creating fake jobs to defraud a government program that allows a limited number of foreigners to temporarily enter the United States and fill highly specialized positions,” said attorney Richard Donohio.
