The billionaire's wife threw two sick dogs, refusing to pay medical bills

The wife of the billionaire, director of the company providing services in the field of moving and rental of U-Haul trucks Joe Schoen, allegedly left several sick Rottweilers in a charity organization for adopting pets - and the couple agreed to pay the dogs medical expenses only after an unpleasant text and social dispute networks, writes Fox News.

Sylvia Schoen in May asked Rotten rottie rescue in Gilbert, Ariz., to adopt dogs, since Schoen fought cancer and could not care for them. Shelly Froylich, the owner of a charitable organization, refused to pay $ 600 because she was sympathetic to Schoen, not suspecting that Schoen's husband was the second richest person in Arizona with a fortune of $ 2,7 billion.

Frolich soon discovered that the Schoen dogs were very sick - they required expensive medical procedures and operations. They suffered from diarrhea, parasites and genetic disorders. They also did not have the necessary vaccinations.

A surgery for two dogs costs at least $ 20 thousands. Froilich soon tried to contact Schoen, trying to get her to pay for her medical bills.

“No one is going to adopt King Kong with expensive medical bills... I was surprised that a woman of your means would let her dogs go like that. Of course you can afford surgery. You are a billionaire! You probably have a bag that costs more than dog surgery. Please do this for them. Don’t force me to end their suffering when you can give them a good life,” Froehlich wrote.

She also threatened Schoen to go public with the story: “Rest assured that everyone will know about your dirty little secrets, everyone will know that you denied the medical care they needed when they arrived to us exhausted and sick,” Froehlich wrote.

Schoen replied to Froilich: “It's with ** and never see a penny!”.

Later, Froilich realized her threat by publishing this story on social networks.

After that, Joe Schoen entered the conflict. He said that he was surprised by the accusations of Froylich, and that the dogs could not have parasites, as they were being watched. He accused Froylich of acting “meanly”, but also admitted that his wife was wrong.

The Schoens agreed to pay the medical expenses of the two dogs and covered the cost of the operation, which was $ 15,3 thousand. At the shelter, they responded with a poignant remark that despite their unwillingness to pay even a penny, the billionaire's wife eventually paid 15,3 million pennies.
