According to Walmart's product description, the Arlington 12x20 Wood Canopy Kit "provides ample space for your storage needs with a second-floor loft and 4-6 feet (121-182 cm) height."

The ground floor has high walls that give shoppers "ample room to add shelving or a significant amount of storage," Walmart explained.
