In Florida, three teenagers made their way to Trump's mansion with a loaded machine gun

Police said the three teenagers were arrested after they climbed over a fence near US President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago mansion. They carried a loaded AK-47 in a backpack, writes about this Fox News.

Michael Ogrodnik, a spokesman for the Palm Beach Florida Police Department, said all three were arrested shortly after entering the mansion.

“They had no idea where they were,” he said.

According to Ogrodnik, the president and his family were not in the house at the time of the incident, since the mansion was closed for the summer.

Around midnight on Friday, July 31st, the police noticed the teenagers in a parked silver Hyundai. When the police approached the car, the driver drove towards Mar-a-Lago.

The three then jumped over the Mar-a-Lago fence and hid in the grounds of the mansion before the officers surrounded the grounds. A helicopter and a police dog were used to search for the intruders.

A police spokesman said the Mar-a-Lago security service found their backpack on a dam located on the grounds of the mansion. It contained a 47 caliber AK-7,62 Mini Draco with a 14-round magazine. The teenagers claimed they "found him." They added that they were trying to hide from the police, and that they ended up on Trump's property was just a coincidence.

The adolescents, whose identities have not been released, are being held at the West Palm Beach Juvenile Center.

They are accused of illegal possession of firearms, burglary with firearms and resisting arrest without the use of violence.
