Surveillance cameras in Enrico County (Virginia) shot an unidentified man who set up televisions on the steps of residential buildings. He also wore a television on his head, writes TJournal.

The owners of almost 50 houses found the TVs on their porch. Unknown nicknamed "television Santa Claus." A similar situation happened a year ago - in a neighboring district in August 2018, someone left almost 20 TVs in front of the doors of their houses.

Local residents consider the incident as jokes of bored schoolchildren. The only thing a person with a television on his head was doing illegally was littering, police said.
