In the United States, four babies died due to dangerous cradles
Fisher-Price recalls Rock'n Glide 4-in-1 baby cradles after the death of four babies. The edition told in more detail Yahoo!.
The cradles, which retailed for around $ 108, were sold from January 2014 to December 2020. Fisher-Price is recalling approximately 120 items.
“The infants were reported to have been placed on their backs and then found on their stomachs,” the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) said in a statement.

“Nothing is more important to Fisher-Price than the safety of our products and the trust that families place in us,” said Fisher-Price CEO Chuck Scoton. “These incidents are truly heartbreaking. We are committed to educating parents and caregivers about the safe use of all our products, including the importance of following all warnings and instructions to ensure the health and safety of infants and children."

Fisher-Price is also recalling Soothe'n Play 2-in-1 rocking chairs for children. There were no fatalities, but a spokesperson said they were "included in this review because of their similarity to Rock'n Glide 4-in-1."
"Both products are safe when used in accordance with warnings and safety instructions, but we believe that a voluntary recall of the products is the appropriate course of action to reduce the risk of incidents," the spokesperson explained.
Soothe'n Play 2-in-1 sold for about $ 125 from November 2018 to May 2021.
Parents who own one of these chairs should stop using it and contact Fisher-Price for a refund.
