The head of the Volgograd Regional Duma, Alexander Bloshkin, called Stalin, Zhukov and Vasilevsky "the architects of the Stalingrad victory."

“Today, in unfriendly countries, our monuments are broken, all the monuments that are associated with the name of the Soviet soldier are broken. In our country, a different course has been taken - to preserve the memory of the Great Patriotic War, ”Bloshkin said.
