The 65-year-old pensioner said goodbye to life after he was on the hood of an angry driver when he overclocked to 70 speeds per hour (110 km / h) on the Massachusetts state highway.

“I thought he was going to kill me,” Richard Kamrowski said of his trip, writes ABC News.

Motorists passing by were stunned by the incident and shot a video on a mobile phone.

A strange incident happened around 16: 30 on Friday, January 25, when 65-year-old Kamrovski and Mark Fitzgerald had an accident. While driving along the western stripes of the Interstate 90, a side impact occurred.

After the collision, Kamrovski stopped in the left lane and got out of his Ford F-150 pickup truck to exchange insurance information with Fitzgerald, police said.

According to authorities, 37-year-old Fitzgerald from Ashland, Mass., Remained in his white Infinity QX70 2016 SUV of the year.

“At some point, Fitzgerald began driving toward Kamrowski, who was forced to jump onto the hood of the moving vehicle,” police said in a statement.

With Kamrovski, clinging to the hood of a car, Fitzgerald headed west along the highway, accelerating and stopping in a clear attempt to throw off Kamrovski, police said. The speed of the car reached 70 miles per hour.

“I shouted to him: “Stop the car! Stop the car! But he didn’t stop,” Kamrowski told WCVB-TV ABC Boston.

“Fast, slow, fast, slow. Tried to throw me off,” Kamrowski said of Fitzgerald’s driving.

Kamrovsky, according to police, broke the windshield with a bottle of water, which he held in his hand.

Several motorists tried unsuccessfully to stop Fitzgerald. When he was finally stuck in traffic, a motorist approached Fitzgerald with permission to carry a gun and ordered him to leave the SUV at gunpoint. After some time, the officers arrived at the scene, according to the police.

Kamrowski and Fitzgerald arrested.

Fitzgerald was charged with assaulting with a dangerous weapon on a person older than 60 for years, negligently operating a car and fleeing from a scene of property damage.

Kamrovski was arrested on suspicion of hooliganism and malicious damage to a car.

Both of them were released on bail and on their own recognizance before the court session.
