Walmart buyers in Alabama received a joyful holiday surprise - someone paid 70 000 dollars for their purchases in two stores, reports Fox News.

According to Casey Staheli, a spokeswoman for the company’s headquarters in Arkansas, someone paid 45 000 dollars for purchases at a store in Anniston's eastern Alabama. Two days later, someone again paid another 25 000 dollars for purchases at a Walmart store in nearby Oxford.

An unknown man went into the Walmart store in Anniston and paid the bills, and the customers who arrived to collect their goods received a note with the inscription: “God loves you. Jesus paid everything. ”

Hannah Haines, knowing that Monday is the deadline for gifts for children, came to pick them up for lunch. Haines told the cashier that she wanted to check her balance in order to receive gifts for her children by Christmas.

"The cashier replied" well, then opened my account and said: "You do not owe anything." I said, “Sorry.”

Haines added that she had put the man's note in her fridge - as a reminder of kindness.

Yasmin Kirksay came to the store on Tuesday after learning about the payout on Facebook.

“I am grateful! And very happy. Shocked, but happy, ”says Yasmin.
