The inventor of the classic soy sauce bottle died

Before 1961, soy sauce was served quite differently, but designer Kenji Ekuan and his team developed such packaging for soy sauce specifically for Kikkoman Corporation. This form of the bottle later became widely used by soy sauce producers around the world.
