The head of the White House said that vaccination is very important and his fellow citizens should be vaccinated immediately.
“They have to get shots. Vaccinations are very important. This (measles outbreak - ed) is really happening now. They should get shots,” Trump said.
According to the publication, Trump first spoke about the outbreak of measles in the country, although the disease has spread to 22 states.
- Earlier, the authorities in New York announced emergency in health care due to a measles outbreak in several areas. A public health emergency is introduced in response to 285 cases of measles reported in Brooklyn and Queens since October 2018. In Orange County, New York, 15 people got measles. In Rockland County, New York, 168 cases have been reported.
