New York court found a Russian woman suspected of murder guilty of theft

Victoria Nasyrova suspected of murder in Russia and accused in the United States by at least the 31 Act, associated with both petty thefts and drugs with large poisons, was found guilty under two petty lawsuits.

The two shoplifting charges were the first on the list of all of Victoria Nasyrova’s hearings. These were two cases considered by the Manhattan court, New York Supreme Court: the remaining 29 acts must be considered by the court in Brooklyn, Kings county supreme court. That the case is closed and Victoria is found guilty, ForumDaily learned from her words.

“The last trial in Manhattan, which took place on June 14, ended with me being found guilty of all the small claims presented, but the imposed penalty coincided with the time I had already served in Rikers Island. Thus, I have already served it and the case is closed,” says Victoria.

The court documents of the meeting of 14 June mentioned two minor claims of shoplifting, one of which dates from March 25 of the year 2016.

“I have the right to appeal, and at the moment I think whether to do it or not, but I myself would not really like to do this. The endless stream of ships on which nothing happens during 12 hours is very exhausting. At present, I think, rather, about asking to change my legal aid a lawyer, because I do not get enough professional help from her. She rarely gets in touch, I cannot consult with her as often as I would like, and, moreover, when I start checking her advice given to me in the prison library, I find discrepancies in the legal literature. I conclude that the free attorney in my case does not work. ”

Lawyer Tanya Gendelman, who periodically advises V. Nasyrov, argues that this is a fairly typical story for those who cannot afford paid lawyer assistance: “Legal aid on that and the free lawyer that is given out to the accused city, and he physically has no opportunity to be engaged in each client separately. They have hundreds and thousands of such cases. Getting in touch with both the client and the press is very difficult for them. That is why cooperation with a free attorney can end badly for the accused, especially now, in a period of increasing complexity of the US immigration policy. ”

The US Immigration Service also has claims against Victoria Nasyrova, and these claims are reflected in the form warrant F deportation (deportation order).

Редакция ForumDaily I have repeatedly made inquiries addressed to state attorney Victoria Nasyrova Martha Jane Saunders, but never received a response. In a short dialogue with Martha at the June 7 court session, we received from her just one phrase: “I have no comments”.

At this stage, we again tried to find out how Martha would react to Nasyrova’s statement about her desire to change a lawyer. A request was again sent to Martha Saunders, an answering machine was continuously working at her office, to which a similar request was also sent.

We remind you that Victoria Nasyrova, suspected in the murder case in Russia (Krasnodar), who was wanted by Interpol with 2014 and arrested on March 20 in Brooklyn, is currently in the women's correctional center Rose M. Singer Center within the prison complex Rikers island.
