Cindy Crawford will release a series about modeling

American supermodel Cindy Crawford will produce a new project of the television network NBC.

The television drama, called “Icon,” will be the debut production television project of the legendary model of the nineties.

The series will focus on the fashion industry of the eighties, in particular, on the “model war” between the two agencies - Ford Modeling Agency and Elite Model Management.

All events and characters of the TV show will be fictional, without taking into account Crawford's personal experience. In addition, the supermodel will take part in the project solely as a producer and will not appear on the screen.

The series will be produced by Hunger Games executive producer Robin Bissell alongside Crawford.
