Getting a driver's license in the USA is not the most difficult task, but it is obligatory if you plan to drive a car, in case of moving to a permanent place of residence in America or a long-term stay in it on a working, student visa or exchange program

In Florida, for example, you need to get rights within thirty days from the date of arrival, in California - ten days, in New Jersey - sixty days. Otherwise, fine or prison.
