Analysis by financial technology company SmartAsset, studied the fastest growing jobs in America in 4 years, based on data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. As a result, the most demanded and fastest growing specialty in each state was determined, writes MoneyTalksNews.

• The fastest growing specialty: personal care assistants
• Employment growth rate from 2014 to 2018: 460%

SmartAsset says this is the second fastest growing job in the country. Over a five-year period, the number of jobs in this specialty has grown by almost 1 million.

Personal care assistants work with older people, convalescents and people with disabilities, helping them with everyday life and tasks such as housekeeping and cooking.

Florida

• The fastest growing specialty: environmental scientists
• Employment growth rate from 2014 to 2018: 386%
