Rating of the most powerful passports in the world, the USA is not in first place
US passport ranked third in the annual ranking Passport Indexranking official documents of the states of the world on the principle of visa-free access of their citizens to other countries.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) passport took the first place in the list; its citizens do not need visas to visit 167 countries (the total number of countries in the world, according to the rating, 198).
The second place was shared by Singapore and Germany - their citizens can visit 166 countries without a visa.
In third place, with the right to freely visit 165 countries, were the United States (116 countries without visas; 49 with visa on arrival), Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Luxembourg, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Norway and South Korea.
Israel is ranked 16th in the ranking; with its passport you can freely visit 146 countries (104 without visas; 42 with visa on arrival).
Ukraine was in 28th place - 131 countries (89 - without visas; 42 - visa on arrival); Russia - in 38th place - 116 countries (79 - without visas; 37 - visa on arrival); Belarus - in 54th place - 79 countries (42 - without visas; 37 - visa on arrival).
The worst in the Passport Index rankings were passports of Afghanistan (you can freely visit 29 countries), Iraq (32 countries), Pakistan (35 countries), Syria (36 countries) and Somalia (38 countries).
