Attempts by the administration of President Donald Trump to get rid of illegal immigrants plunged into fear millions of people who are now unsure of their future in the United States. They came to the aid of programmers who create programs and applications to help illegal immigrants.

With this application, immigrants who have been targeted by the Immigration and Customs Service can, with the push of a button, send a special 15 message to personal contacts. The application has not yet started, but 7 thousands have already gathered on the waiting list to download it.

Adrian Reyna, the creator of the program, is himself an illegal, and he considers it very important to be able to inform friends and relatives about the problems with the immigration police or detention.

According to him, the application will guarantee the safety of immigrants and their contacts. Messages are encrypted, and all records disappear after sending a message.

2. Arrived

This is a hub of various resources for immigrants. It provides the latest news regarding immigration issues and educates users on the legal aspects of the deportation process and their rights in the United States. The app also offers English lessons, answers to popular searches among immigrants such as “how to write a resume,” and includes a map showing immigrant aid NGOs, immigration lawyer offices, and sanctuary cities.

Arrived was created by 2 employees Google, William Maclaflin and Eduardo Gaitan, who at one time also went through all the difficulties of immigration.

3. Tarjimly

This robot, working through Facebookinstant messenger, 2 connects thousands of volunteer translators with immigrants and refugees in real time. Links between immigrants and volunteers are anonymous, the only information in the public domain is the name of the translator. The remaining information is provided to the participants in the conversations at their discretion.

4. Cell 411

This application was not developed specifically for illegal immigrants, but now the functions necessary for immigrants have appeared in it. The program allows you to contact relatives and friends if the immigrant has problems with the immigration officer.

The application allows users to broadcast and record live videos that cannot be erased by unauthorized phone users. It can also send the phone’s GPS coordinates to its trusted contacts.

The number of Hispanics who downloaded this application has grown significantly since Trump was inaugurated; now thousands of 72 use it.

5. RedadAlertas

The release of this application is expected soon. It will provide users with verified data on ICE raids and where they appear in the user's area. Immigrants who are within 15-30 km from the raid site will receive special warnings. Also, the application will mobilize lawyers and journalists, so that they can come to the aid of immigrants.
