They took him for a spy and executed: the missing militant from the United States was found in the DPR
It is reported that William Paul Reilly was wanted for three years.
American William Paul Reilly, who was considered missing after he went to the DPR to fight on the side of the Russian invaders, was found. True, not himself, but his grave. About this with reference to his own investigation tells blogger Denis Kazansky in his Facebook.
Reilly arrived from America in Moscow 15 May 2015 of the year. There he was met by a recruiter, who was engaged in sending Russian militants to the Donbass. After meeting him, Reilly went to Rostov. In Rostov, an American amateur DNR was robbed — they stole 2000 dollars in cash, as well as bank cards, from which they then paid and made money. From Rostov, Reilly was supposed to leave for the DPR, but 24 June 2015 lost contact with him.
“In 2015, American William Paul Reilly went to the territory controlled by the DPR to help the “militia” and went missing. For several years nothing was known about his fate, and only now information has emerged that Reilly has been found. True, not he himself, but his grave in the DPR. There is no exact information yet about what exactly happened. It is only known that the American came to Rostov, was robbed there, and then one of the militants who received him reported that the FSB had arrested him. Apparently they took him for a spy and executed him. Russia, a generous soul, thanked us,” he wrote.
The blogger also noted that the search for the missing American lasted for three years. Kazan believes that in the same way as an American, hundreds of people could disappear.
“Reilly’s parents tried to find him for three years, but to no avail. The DPR told them that such a person did not enter the “republic”. The gray zone, like a quagmire, swallowed up the foreigner. And if an American disappeared so easily in this quagmire, then one can only guess how many local, Ukrainian citizens disappeared in the same way. I hope this case will receive maximum publicity, and people who sympathize with Russia and the LDPR in the West will learn how in ORDLO they dealt with a volunteer from the United States who believed in the “fight against fascism” and personally came to take part in it,” the blogger added.
Recall that a group of journalists Bellingcat has come concluded that the Ukrainian ships attacked November 25 border ships of the FSB of Russia near the Kerch Strait, were fired at international waters.
On November 26, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted to impose martial law for 30 days in the 10 regions of the country: Vinnitsa, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Nikolaev, Odessa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Kherson, as well as in the internal waters of the Azov-Kerch water area.
Decision on martial law received in connection with the act of aggression of Russia against Ukraine in the Kerch Strait.
