The founder of Amazon helped the client to return the puppy stolen by the courier company
51-year-old English businessman Richard Guttfield complained to the founder of Amazon that a company courier had kidnapped his puppy - a black miniature schnauzer - and demanded that his pet be returned. Writes TJournal, the company returned the puppy to the owner.
The incident occurred after Gattfield ordered the delivery of dog food. The courier brought the parcel and left, and the owner discovered that his dog was missing. Guttfield wrote an email complaining to Bezos.
The company responded to the appeal. Employees Amazon tracked down the driver who actually worked for the contractor’s company and took the stolen dog from him.
According to the official representative Amazon, who also contacted Guttfield by e-mail, the courier was suspended from work with the delivery of the company's parcels. He called a similar incident "unforgivable" and "not complying with company standards."
