The building is located at 2865 Creston Avenue, Bedford Park, Bronx. The lottery includes 46 new apartments - from a studio for $883 per month for one resident to a two-bedroom apartment for $1148 per month for 2-4 people.

To be eligible for the lottery, annual income must be between $54 and $858 for a single studio apartment tenant, between $97 and $110 for two one-bedroom apartment tenants, and between $65 and $143 for a family from 111 people wanting to rent the most expensive two-bedroom apartment.

The building has a gym, laundry for an additional fee. The tenant pays for electricity, which includes heating and stove. No smoking in the building.

To be eligible to participate in the lottery, annual income must be from $ 34 286 to $ 97 110 for one tenant of a studio apartment, from $ 42 000 to $ 111 020 for two people who want to rent a one-bedroom apartment, from $ 51 429 up to $ 138 710 for a family of four applying for a two-bedroom apartment.
