Netflix raises subscription prices

Internet tv provider Netflix Inc. announced an increase in the cost of a subscription to its services in the US
Subscribers who previously paid $ 9,99 for a monthly subscription will pay $ 10,99 from November, and the cost of the premium package will increase from $ 11,99 to $ 13,99. The cheapest package, for viewing standard-quality video on one screen, for $ 7,99 did not go up. The price of the cheapest package has not changed since 2010.
The company reports that the changes will take effect within the next few months, of which all subscribers will be notified no later than 30 days, depending on their payment schedule.
The rise in tariffs in the company is explained by the fact that exclusive content and new features have been added for more convenient use of the system.
