Some states and cities of the USA pay residents money just like that: where and how much

Some states offer recurring monthly payments, while others - one large amount for a year or two.

Many are wondering if the pandemic payments have affected inflation, but even if they did, cities and states do not allow their residents to despair.

Here are 11 places offering UBI

Alaska

Every Alaska Gets a UBI Check from oil revenues, and last year each resident received $1114.

Pittsburgh

The 200 poorest families will receive $500 per month for 2 years. This equals $12.

Colombia

100 low-income fathers will be selected to be receive $500 per month within 11 months.

Chicago

Families earning less than $35 will be randomly selected to earn $000 per month.

New Orleans residents

Randomly selected young adults and teens will receive checks worth $359 a month as a way to teach financial literacy. Louisiana has one of the lowest bank rates among residents of the country.

Newark

400 residents will be paid $250 per week or $3000 per year within two years, depending onwhich group they belong to.

New York

2700 people could qualify for $125 per month for 3 years.

Rochester

During the year, 175 families will receive $500 per month. After that, another 175 families will receive the same amount for the next year.

Shreveport

Single parents earning less than 120% of the federal poverty line can receive $660 per month for one year.

Durham

In Durham, 115 residents are entitled to $500 a month for one year.

California

California low income families with children under the age of 13 is eligible to receive cash payments of $8000 per year.
