Did she dream of dating New York? Not.

I wanted a relationship right away, such as you know, as if we have known 100 for years. My desire was to immediately move in with him. And apparently, she wanted so much and visualized that he called me to live with him.

So, I'm in New York for two months. This is exactly the time, because I have a place to stay: housing is a huge expense item. Being here, I continue to work, just now it's remote mode. If someone thinks it's cool, debunk the myth: the difference in 7 hours makes its own adjustments. I wake up in 5 in the morning local time, and if there is something urgent at work and I need to be in the ranks from 9 in the morning in Kiev, then I go somewhere in 3 in local.

But what a cool thing about 32, to get to the city, where everyone is open and love themselves the way they are! And even if you are a little shy of crooked legs, teeth and everything that is imperfect in you (by the standards of the society in which you were raised), this city doesn’t care. My New York is when:

If you are asked “How are you?”, This does not mean that you need to dump all your problems. This is just an upbringing, so accepted here.

When you say thank you in the store and you are told “It's not problem”, it does not mean “not a problem”, which means “I have no difficulty in helping you.”

When you are in the metro opposite, you can see a girl with hairy legs and armpits and this is OK - she is.

When, walking around Manhattan, you meet a guy who is dressed like a girl, but so stylish that any Kiev fashionista would jealous.

When at home you do not wash, and go to the laundry (like from the movie!), Spend 10 bucks and 1 an hour of time for washing and drying. Therefore, you can have one set of bed linen and a couple of towels.

When a slice of pizza for $ 1 in the eatery tastes better than in Italy.

When the road can go to the red light - and no one dares to knock you down or swear.

When a person walking a dog earns 15 bucks an hour for one dog. And in this profession, it turns out, there is a career ladder.

When everything is measured in money, because everything is in credits. To arrange a meeting with someone, just to take a walk, you need to coordinate time almost for 2 weeks, because everyone thinks like this: if I spend this hour just like that, without working, then I will lose money.

When any work is paid and valued. There is no such thing: "Oh, but help me by friendship."

When the ferry is a public transport and costs the same. By the way, the metro, bus and ferry cost $ 2,75.

When the law is one for all, and the more you earn, the more taxes.

When the garbage needs to be sorted, and special services do not have time to remove it, because of this, the bags are folded to the curb, and at + 32 ° C an unreal stink is formed.

When things are in good condition, you can just bring them to a special store under the house, and in exchange buy new Levi's for 8 bucks or Marc Jacobs shoes for 40. And also in the city of 300, thousands of stock stores, where the eyes of the assortment just run away, and the credit card is empty of attractive prices.
