Kikabidze will not seek political asylum in Ukraine

Famous Georgian actor and singer Vakhtang Kikabidze does not intend to seek political asylum in Ukraine. Moreover, as Vakhtang Kikabidze stated to the Georgia Online correspondent, he will not exchange Georgia for any country in the world.

At a press conference in Kyiv, he literally said the following words: “Everything will be fine with you, I really hope so. I love Ukraine so much that I’m ready to live in it,” but, according to the singer, “these words should be regarded not literally, as a compliment to your wonderful country, and not as a desire to receive “political asylum” ...”

“My country is no worse than other wonderful countries, but I would not exchange Georgia for any of them,” said Vakhtang Kikabidze.

The director of Vakhtang Kikabidze, Soso Abzianidze, in addition to the words of the Georgian singer, said that they are working on organizing a charity concert in Georgia to help the Ukrainian army.
