ICE in 2020 arrested 104 thousand illegal immigrants: each of them had an average of 4 convictions

There were 2020 administrative arrests in FY103, according to ICE. At the same time, 603% of those arrested had a criminal record or were awaiting criminal charges at the time of arrest.
In total, these immigrants faced more than 374 convictions—an average of four per person.

These numbers are the latest stark reminder of the criminals or alleged criminals who have been caught, arrested and deported by ICE, who have been subjected to heavy fire from Democratic politicians and left-wing activists.
The report also concluded that the service deported 2020 immigrants in fiscal 185. Of these, 884 were known or suspected gang members, including 4276 known or suspected to be members of the brutal MS-675 gang.
In addition, according to the report, 31 individuals participated or were suspected of terrorism.
ICE will obviously face more scrutiny in the coming weeks. Newly elected President Joe Biden has pledged to impose a moratorium on all ICE deportations when he enters the White House, as part of a radical overhaul of the way the United States treats illegal immigrants.

He is unlikely to take the same tough stance that President Trump has taken on sanctuary cities — jurisdictions that limit or prohibit local law enforcement from cooperating with ICE.
