Immigration has updated application forms and petitions.

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services made changes to the 23 forms and appeals to users to be careful when filling them out. In general, previous editions are no longer accepted by the service.

1.Form I-90 for the replacement of a permanent resident card (Green Card).

2. Form I—102 to replace / issue an arrival / departure document for a non-immigrant

3. I-129 form, nonimmigrant application

5. I-130 form, petition for inviting a wife or husband with her / his children

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

6. I-131A form, application for a travel document (Carrier Documentation)

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

7. I-212 form, application for permission to re-apply for entry into the United States after deportation or departure

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

8. Form I-290B, notice of appeal

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

9. I-485 Form, Alien Application for Permanent Resident Status

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

10. Form I-526, application for immigration by a foreign entrepreneur

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

11. I-539 Form, Application for Non-Immigrant Extension / Change

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

12. Form I-600, a petition to treat an orphan as the next of kin

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

13. Form I-600A, a statement by a US citizen who plans to adopt a child of foreign origin.

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

14. Form I-698, application for changing status from temporary to permanent resident

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

15. Form I-751, status change application

16. Form I-690, declaration of denial of inadmissibility by the applicant to change the status

17. Form I-800, petition for classifying an adopted child as a close relative

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

18. Form I-800A, a statement about the possibility of adopting a child from another country

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

19. Form I-817, application for privileges for family reunification.

The new edition entered into force on December 23 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

20. The form, I-824, a request for further action on previously approved applications or petitions.

21. Form I-929, non-immigrant family member application

22. N-565 form, application for restoration of citizenship and naturalization document

The new edition entered into force on 21 June 2016 of the year. None of the previous versions are accepted.

23. Form N-600, application for a certificate of citizenship.
