American tourists can be found anywhere in the world. They often give out loud laughter, a solid weight category and wide T-shirts with the names of the New World. Of course, not all travelers from the United States fall into this description, but stereotypes are not born from scratch.

I believe that the first place in the ranking of popular countries is explained by the huge number of Mexicans officially working in the USA who are actively visiting relatives.

2. Canada

This country is in second place in terms of attractiveness for Americans traveling abroad, largely due to the abundance of business contacts. But they often come here on vacation, because here both mountains and crystal lakes are a sort of branch of Norway. And also excellent roads (I already wrote that Americans love car travel and prefer it over flights). By the way, Niagara Falls, which tourists flock to from all over the United States, is customarily inspected from Canada - the views are better, and it’s easy to cross the border. I am sure this also affects statistics.

3. United Kingdom

The closest in spirit to the country of the Old World, a long-standing political partner, Anglo-Saxon relatives. A very, very many business connections. The attractiveness of the destination is also explained by the most affordable transatlantic flights: from New York to London it is really possible to catch tickets for only $ 300 round-trip - it’s a sin not to jerk off for the weekend.

4. Dominican Republic

For Americans, it is very cheap and very close. In general, the Caribbean destination is an absolute hit for vacationers from the east coast. Huge liners run between small island states, transporting thousands of tourists from one paradise to another. Many islands here are under the protectorate of the United States and are not formally considered overseas. And the Dominican Republic is larger and in itself - that is, it took the honorable fourth place in the ranking.

5. France

The reputation of Paris as the most romantic city in the world extends to other shores of the Atlantic. Yes, Americans love to fly to the French capital for a honeymoon or travel through the well-kept puppeted southern towns of retirement.
