Where and how can you get a higher education in the USA?

Free college programs can be found more often than most applicants assume. Naturally, each of them has its own conditions and restrictions, which depend on each particular educational institution.

Edition Time compiled a list of 37 programs in 19 states where residents have access to at least two years of free college tuition.

Арканзас

• Program Arkansas's El Dorado Promise It enables El Dorado graduates to receive money to pay tuition at any accredited college in the country. Students may receive an amount equal to the highest cost of college tuition in the state of Arkansas.

• Lansing promise is a program that covers tuition fees in Lansing community college or the equivalent cost of a certain period of study in Michigan State University or Olivet college.
• School graduates in Pontiac can get paid up to 65 credits or three years of study Oakland community college.
• Program Saginaw Promise provides for tuition fees for a two-year program at any state college or 8 000 US dollars if a student is studying for an 4-year program.
