According to Eugene, his company spent children's holidays on the site, which was closest to the cinema. When the fire started, the photographer was one of the first to notice.

In his creative props turned out to be a gas mask. The young man put it on and rushed into the smoke screen. Since he had a good experience in holding children's events, he was quickly able to gather the children and lead them from the burning hall, and then to the rescue exits.

At the same time, Eugene did not think that children could remain in other halls, locked up without the help of adults.

Fire in Kemerovo Zimnaya Chery shopping center has begun 25 March. According to official figures, 64 people died, including the 41 child. Judging by the list published by the Kemerovo City Hall, 69 people suffered.

According to investigators, the most likely cause of fire was a fault in the electrical wiring. The criminal case is investigated under three articles, including a violation of fire safety rules. Investigators claim that emergency exits and fire alarms did not work in Winter Cherry.

Charges are brought against five persons.
