Win-win flight: airlines team up for affordable flights from the US to Europe

Norwegian Air and JetBlue passengers will be able to fly between Europe and the United States through connecting flights on a single reservation as part of a planned partnership.

Norwegian Air and JetBlue said that if agreement is reached, the partnership will enter into force in the middle of next year.

Norwegian, Europe’s third largest low-cost carrier (low-cost carrier), has renewed the transatlantic travel market with reduced prices. He challenged traditional carriers such as British Airways, but the massive expansion left the company with big debts and in the red.

A partnership with JetBlue will link JetBlue flights from around 100 cities in America to the Norwegian network in New York, Boston and Fort Lauderdale, where the airline serves more than 20 European destinations.

JetBlue said it hopes to break into the low-cost transatlantic travel market.
