There are people who move to small European cities, because it is insanely beautiful and clean, and then they die from boredom. Some cities are absolutely baby-friendly, in others it is comfortable for party-goers and students. In some, the predominantly local population and language, in others, international English is sufficient. In a word, not all the cities that liked the distance or are marked in the standards of living, fit specifically for you.
