The National Security Council has published its Annual rating 100 most dangerous cities in the USA.

The main criterion was the number of violent crimes on 100 thousands of people committed over the past year.

Top 20 most dangerous cities in the USA:

1. East St. Louis, Illinois (4 888 violent crimes against 100 thousands of people);
2. Darby-Borough, PA (3 617 violent crimes against 100 thousands of people);
3. Opa-Locke, FL (2 807 violent crimes against 100 thousands of people);
4. Florida City, FL (2 551 violent crimes on 100 thousands of people);
5. Flint, MI (2 109 violent crime on 100 thousands of people);
6. Detroit, MI (2 059 violent crime on 100 thousands of people);
7. Saginaw, Michigan (2 021 violent crimes on 100 thousands of people);
8. College Park, Georgia (1 967 violent crimes on 100 thousands of people);
9. Pritchard, Alabama (1 936 violent crimes against 100 thousands of people);
10. West Memphis, Arkansas (1 929 violent crimes against 100 thousands of people);
11. Cocoa, FL (1 911 violent crimes on 100 thousands of people);
