A photo of Prince William will appear in a famous gay magazine.

British Prince William announced that he will appear in the next issue of the leading British gay magazine Attitude. He made such a statement at the US embassy, ​​where the prince and his wife Kate expressed condolences to the relatives of the victims of the mass execution in Orlando.

“I told him [the prince] what I was doing and he said he would appear in Attitude magazine,” Craig Petty, an LGBT rights advocate and head of the Glifaa association, was quoted as saying by the BBC.

Last weekend in Orlando, Florida, 29-year-old Omar Matin attacked the gay club Pulse, killing, according to updated data, 49 people as a result of his open fire. More than 50 people were injured of varying severity, six in critical condition.

Matin himself was killed by police during an operation to free the hostages.

Neither Attitude magazine nor a Kensington Palace spokesperson have commented on reports that Prince William will be posing for the magazine, but a royal family spokesman said he would be "very happy to discuss this shortly."

The editors of the publication only said that they were preparing an important statement. Whether the prince will appear on the cover of the magazine and how much clothing he will wear is unknown.
