GOBankingRates did a study and compiled a list of US cities where you can buy a house for 300 000 dollars and cheaper. At the same time, not only housing prices were taken into account, but also the general livability of the city, its safety, the presence of good schools. Here are the top ten of these cities in America.

10. Lubbock, TX
